Return & exchange

Please check in advance whether the products can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. Some products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. All information on our return policy can be found in our terms and conditions under point 3.2.

Important: Returns will not be accepted without prior written agreement with our customer service: kundenservice@sedusia.ch

After registering the return, you will receive an RMA# from us. This RMA# must be clearly visible on the parcel or in the address field so that the return can be accepted. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Please note your order number, article number and article description of the order you would like to return.
