In order to guarantee smooth delivery, we send parcels exclusively with Swiss Post. This guarantees punctual delivery and a customer-friendly pick-up option for our valued customers.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking number of your parcel by email. You can use this to track your parcel online on SwissPost Track&Trace at any time.

Unfortunately, in most cases this is not possible.

To ensure fast and smooth shipping, every order is immediately forwarded to the shipping preparation department after receipt and packed ready for shipping in the next step.

Once you have received your order confirmation from us, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. A special exception is made for orders with the payment method "prepayment", as long as no bank transfer has been made.
You can easily redeem a voucher from SEDUSIA during the ordering process.

In the shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code in the "Do you have a voucher?" field.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before your consignment can be tracked online on SwissPost Track&Trace.

For smaller orders (under CHF 40), we may send them in a large letter rather than a cardboard box. Unfortunately, these consignments cannot be tracked online.
How to pay
To make shopping in our store as easy as possible, we offer you the following payment options:

Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will not incur any fees. Any payment fees will be covered by SEDUSIA.

In this case, the easiest solution is to contact CembraPay AG directly.

Yes, payment by installments is possible at Sedusia!

When purchasing on account, you will receive the invoice from our billing partner CembraPay AG by email. You can also pay this invoice in installments. For each invoice you can pay the minimum amount of 10% or more. The other installments must then be paid within 60 days (2nd installment) and 90 days (final payment). The maximum value for payment by installments and purchase on account is CHF 1,000.00.

Prepayment is the simplest and most secure solution for you if you do not want to pay for the order with a credit or Postfinance card, PayPal or Twint and the invoice payment method is not available to you.

With prepayment, you pay the amount first. As soon as we have the invoice amount in our account, we will process your order immediately.
